В связи с высказанным странами-членами на АНТКОМ-XXX твердым намерением продвигать работу Группы по созданию процедуры оценки соблюдения, Австралия координировала межсессионную работу по разработке процедуры оценки соблюдения. Австралия разработала проект меры по сохранению с предложением о процедуре АНТКОМ по оценке соблюдения (ПОС), приведенным в Добавлении A. Цель предлагаемой ПОС АНТКОМ – обеспечить формальный механизм для оценки соблюдения странами-членами мер по сохранению, принятых Комиссией. Австралия предлагает, чтобы Комиссия приняла прилагаемый проект меры по сохранению, в которой устанавливается процедура оценки соблюдения для АНТКОМ.
